• You still want to fall asleep easily at night, so plan for a nap early in the afternoon between 1 and 3 pm and set your alarm clock to make sure you don’t oversleep.
• Make yourself comfortable: unfold your arms and legs, close your eyes, relax your muscles, wear sunglasses if you are lying on the beach, choose a quiet place, take off your shoes…
