The Amateur Golf World Cup 2018 at Heritage Resorts

Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort in Bel Ombre – Mauritius hosted the third edition of the International Final of The Amateur Golf World Cup from June 2018, the 11th to the 16th. This event was attended by golfers from 22 countries, qualified in their home country to play the final at the Heritage Golf Club and become the champion team of The Amateur World Cup 2018.

 

The countries who attended the Final were Belgium, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, France, French Polynesia, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mauritius, Morocco, New Caledonia, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain and USA. The broad representation with these 22 countries, turned this event into one of the most important amateur tournaments in the world. It was also a valuable tool to promote worldwide the Destination of the Final for tourism and sports.

Round 2 of the Amateur Golf World Cup 2018 was underway at Heritage Golf Club – Heritage Resorts. The Japanese team leads at the end of round 2 (14th June 2018).
